How long does shipping take for heavy fitness equipment?
Standard delivery for smaller items takes 3-5 business days. For large equipment like treadmills or rowing machines, our specialist two-man delivery team will contact you to schedule a slot within 7-10 working days.
Can I return a product if it's not right for me?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like sweatbands or swimsuits cannot be returned once opened.
Do you offer assembly services for home gyms?
We do offer professional installation services for an additional fee on select large equipment. You can select the 'Installation' option at checkout, and our certified technicians will set up your gear upon delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer flexible financing options through Klarna and Clearpay for orders over a certain value.
Is there a warranty on the sports equipment I purchase?
All products come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Many of our premium brands offer extended warranties on frames and motors, which can be registered on the manufacturer's website after purchase.
