Returns & Exchanges

At Sweatband, we want you to be fully satisfied with your sports gear; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all equipment and apparel are returned in their original packaging and unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Sweatband account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, including all manuals and accessories, and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Use a tracked courier service to send your parcel to our central distribution warehouse; we recommend keeping your postage receipt until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
