The York Spinlock E-Z curl bar weighs 5.1kg (11lbs) and is made of chrome-plated solid steel. The curl bar with maximum capacity of 125kg (275lbs) includes spin lock collars ensuring comfortable and quick plate changes (standard 1” diameter). Thanks to the fact that the bar is strategically bent, it can be held in a very comfortable position even during intense workouts. The York Spinlock E-Z curl bar has zigzag grips that allow athletes to keep their wrists in a more natural position that reduces the risk of repetitive stress injury.
